See what’s selling, what’s profitable, and what’s stuck.
IBIOS reporting covers your sales pipeline, profit margins, supplier delivery performance, and call intelligence — all without a third-party BI tool. Export to CSV in one click.
Role-gated margin visibility. Date filtering: today, this week, this month, custom range. No implementation consultant required.
Which reports are built into IBIOS?
Each report answers a different business question — no configuration required.
Sales pipeline
Quotes by status, total pipeline value, and conversion rate. See how many quotes are sent, approved, in progress, and completed — and how much revenue each stage represents.
Profit analysis
Cost vs selling price per quote. Margin per job. Role-gated to users with can_view_costs and can_view_profits permissions. Your sales team sees revenue; your management sees margin.
Supplier performance
On-time delivery rate per supplier. Order issues (damages, shortages, wrong items) per supplier. Identify which suppliers are consistently late or causing problems.
Call intelligence
Call volume by day and week. Sentiment distribution from AI post-call analysis. Unresolved follow-ups flagged for action. Requires AI Receptionist (coming soon) or Call Intelligence product.
Live numbers, and what they mean
Sales dashboard
A live KPI strip at the top of the screen answers the Friday-afternoon question of where the business stands, without opening several systems.
- Revenue month to date, open pipeline value, open quotes, jobs booked this month and win rate.
- Every tile is a link: click revenue to see the month’s invoices, or pipeline to see the open quotes behind it.
- Win rate counts both approved and declined quotes, so it is not flattered by leaving lost quotes open.
- Role-gated: cost and margin figures only appear for people with permission to see them.
AI conversion intelligence
Two loops run on your quote pipeline: live statistics that refresh through the day, and a daily AI-written summary in plain English.
- Sent-to-reviewed, reviewed-to-approved and overall close rate, value at each stage and average time in each stage.
- The daily summary names the stage where quotes are dropping off and suggests what to do about it.
- Conversion by job or product category once there is enough data to be meaningful.
- The same figures feed the quote pipeline board and, when something changes significantly, the morning briefing.
Who uses IBIOS reports?
IBIOS reports are most useful for owner-managed businesses where the owner needs a clear weekly view without relying on a full accounts team.
Bathroom showroom owners
The profit analysis report shows margin per job without giving sales staff access to cost prices. The owner sees everything; the team sees what they need.
Business managers
Pipeline reports give managers a weekly view of quotes sent vs approved without exporting from multiple systems and building a spreadsheet manually.
Operations managers
Supplier performance reports identify which suppliers are causing installation delays — useful input for supplier review conversations.
Business owners reviewing the week
Call intelligence reports show call volume, sentiment, and unresolved follow-ups in one view. Know where the business needs attention before the week closes.

Questions about IBIOS reporting
Who can see profit reports in IBIOS?
Profit reports are role-gated. Users with the can_view_profits permission see margin per job and cost vs selling price per quote. Users with can_view_costs see cost prices only. Users without either permission see revenue figures but not cost or margin. Administrators assign these permissions per user in the user management section.
Can I export IBIOS reports to Excel?
Yes. All IBIOS reports export to CSV, which opens directly in Excel or any spreadsheet application. The export includes the current date filter and all visible columns. No third-party BI tool or connector is needed for standard reporting.
Does IBIOS track quote conversion rates?
Yes. The sales pipeline report shows the number and total value of quotes at each status (sent, approved, in_progress, completed). The conversion rate is calculated as the percentage of sent quotes that reach approved or completed status. Date filtering lets you compare conversion rates across time periods.
How does IBIOS report on supplier delivery performance?
The supplier performance report shows on-time delivery rate per supplier, calculated from the expected arrival date vs the actual arrival date logged on each goods receipt. It also shows the number of order issues (damages, shortages, wrong items) per supplier over the selected date range.
What do I need to see each report?
Sales pipeline and supplier performance reports draw on Quote Studio and Order Management. Profit analysis reports require the can_view_profits permission. Call intelligence reports require the AI Receptionist (coming soon) or Call Intelligence product. IBIOS products can be used on their own or together, and founding prices for waiting-list members are explained on the pricing page.
How up to date are the dashboard figures?
Live. Revenue month-to-date recalculates as soon as an invoice is marked paid or a quote is approved, and conversion statistics refresh automatically through the day. There is no overnight batch and nothing to refresh by hand.
Does IBIOS explain why quotes are being lost, or just show the numbers?
Both. Alongside the live figures, IBIOS writes a short daily commentary on your quote pipeline: which stage quotes are stalling at, anything that has changed noticeably, and a suggested next step. Where you have enough quotes, it also breaks conversion down by job or product category.
Which IBIOS products do reports draw on?
Reports draw on every IBIOS product line, including IBIOS Order Management for supplier delivery performance and IBIOS Quote Studio for the sales pipeline. It is built for showroom retailers and wholesale and trade suppliers. See also: the quote pipeline board.
