Coming soon: live transcription
Every call will be transcribed in real time. The full transcript, key details, and caller intent appear in your IBIOS dashboard before the call ends.
Coming soon: the IBIOS AI receptionist will answer your calls day and night, book appointments, capture leads and route enquiries to your team, in your business's own voice. It is not live yet; join the waiting list for founding prices.
Coming soon. UK-hosted.
Missed
Calls ring out when you are busy
When your team is with a customer, on a fitting, or it's outside business hours — calls ring out. Each one is a potential job lost to a competitor who picked up.
Costly
Staffing the phone
A part-time receptionist is a real ongoing cost, and still only covers business hours.
Silent
Voicemail rarely captures the lead
Many callers do not leave a message. They hang up and call the next number. Voicemail is not a lead capture strategy.
Three steps. Complete record in IBIOS. Planned for launch.
Planned: a customer calls your business number when your team cannot answer. The IBIOS AI Receptionist will pick up and greet the caller with your business name.
The AI takes the caller's name, number, and reason for calling. It books appointments directly into your calendar, answers questions about products and opening hours using your live data, and routes complex queries to the right team member.
The call log, transcript, and a one-line summary appear in your IBIOS dashboard immediately. If a callback was requested, it appears in your queue with context. Nothing is lost.
When it launches, if a caller asks whether a product is in stock for Tuesday’s fitting, IBIOS will check your live inventory before answering. Not a cached website scrape. Your actual stock count, right now. Every answer your AI gives — stock levels, delivery dates, prices, job status — will be verified against live data before it reaches your customer. This is Operationally-Grounded AI. It is the difference between a confident answer and a wrong one.
The IBIOS AI Receptionist is coming soon and is not live yet. IBIOS is made by IBIOS Limited (NI743167), Northern Ireland; access is by waiting list and there is no free trial. Live today: Call Intelligence, which builds call reports and call briefings from the recordings your phone provider already makes. Everything it will handle
Coming soon: live transcription, live stock verification, handoff to your team, post-call summaries, product lookup, and multi-brand trade knowledge, all included at launch.
Every call will be transcribed in real time. The full transcript, key details, and caller intent appear in your IBIOS dashboard before the call ends.
When a caller asks about stock, prices, or job status, the AI checks your live IBIOS data before answering. Not a cached snapshot — your actual data, right now.
When it cannot answer from your records, it will take a message and pass the caller to the right person, with a summary of what they need.
After each call, a one-line summary — caller name, intent, and outcome — will be sent to the relevant team member by text or email. Nothing falls through the cracks.
Callers will be able to ask about specific products, dimensions, and availability. The AI will search the product catalogue you import into IBIOS and give accurate, confirmed answers.
IBIOS Receptionist will know the supplier brands in the catalogue you import — such as Carron, Scudo, Casabano, or Trojan. It will speak the language of your trade, not a generic customer service script.
Many AI phone tools are disconnected from your business data. IBIOS Receptionist will not be.
When a caller asks if a product is in stock, IBIOS will query your live inventory before answering. Not a script. Not a cached website. Your actual stock count at that moment.
The AI will be able to look up a specific job record, check the delivery status on a supplier order, or tell a caller their quote is ready to approve. No human intervention required.
Live today: when a customer wants to pay by card, staff send a SumUp or Stripe pay by link, so card details are never spoken on the call.
IBIOS Receptionist is coming soon. Founding prices for waiting-list members are explained on the pricing page, and it will be usable on its own or with other IBIOS products.

An AI receptionist is software that answers your business phone, takes the caller’s details, books appointments and passes on anything it cannot handle. The IBIOS AI receptionist for UK businesses is coming soon and is not live yet.
No. A call answering service uses people to answer your calls and take messages; an AI receptionist uses software. Our guide to AI receptionists and answering services compares the two.
The AI Receptionist is coming soon. When it launches, yes: it will be configured with your business name, opening hours, services, team members, and common questions before going live. You will also be able to add trade-specific terms, product names, and local place names to the recognition vocabulary. The AI will use your custom script as its starting point — it will not improvise with information it doesn't have.
Coming soon: when the AI determines a call requires a human — for example, a complex complaint, a caller who specifically requests to speak with someone, or a query outside its scope — it will take the caller's name and number, tell them a team member will call them back, and add the callback to your IBIOS queue. Your team will see the callback request with a one-line summary of what the caller needed.
Call recording by IBIOS is coming soon with the AI Receptionist. When it launches, IBIOS will play a consent notice at the start of every call, and recordings will be stored on UK-hosted servers. IBIOS will not take card details on calls; card payments go by pay by link. Some AI processing uses providers outside the UK under UK transfer safeguards — see /legal/subprocessors. A data processing agreement is available on request.

Not a cached website snapshot. Your actual stock count at that moment. The same applies to prices, lead times, and job status.
