IBIOS started as the internal system for Isabella Bathrooms at 10 Ballyclare Road, Doagh, Co. Antrim. It was not built to be sold — it was built because the existing tools were not good enough.
Having solved the problem for one showroom, we are opening it to businesses across the UK through a waiting list. The same system, with each product usable on its own.
Why was IBIOS built?
Isabella Bathrooms is a bathroom showroom at 10 Ballyclare Road, Doagh, Co. Antrim. The business was running well. The problem was the administrative load: quotes that took far too long to build by hand from supplier PDFs, calls that came in while the team was with a customer on the floor, and shade-lot disputes that only surfaced after tiles had already been fitted.
We looked at what was available. There is no shortage of CRM tools, quoting tools, inventory platforms, and phone systems. But nothing handled the combination. A CRM does not understand shade lots. An inventory platform does not link a supplier order to a job’s installation date. A phone system cannot check whether a specific customer’s tiles have arrived before answering the question.
The specific combination — multi-brand supplier pricing, tile inventory with batch tracking, and job-linked supplier orders — did not exist in a single product. So we built it. Coming soon: an AI that reads the live job record before answering a call.
IBIOS went live inside Isabella Bathrooms. Quote turnaround dropped significantly. Shade-lot mismatches were caught before goods left the warehouse. Once it was working, the decision to offer it to other UK businesses was straightforward.
What is IBIOS today?

It is designed for the specific realities of a working business — not adapted from a generic platform.
