Built inside a bathroom showroom. For every bathroom showroom.
IBIOS started as the internal system for Isabella Bathrooms in Doagh, Co. Antrim. We built it because no generic CRM or ERP handles the specific realities of bathroom retail — shade-lot tile matching, multi-brand supplier pricing, installation scheduling, and customers who change the specification twice before the fitter arrives.
It is now available to UK bathroom showrooms by waiting list. Import your own catalogue, set up your supplier brands, and start quoting. IBIOS (Integrated Business Intelligence & Operations System) is made by IBIOS Limited (NI743167) in Northern Ireland.
Why doesn’t generic software work for bathroom showrooms?
A bathroom showroom is not a simple product-and-payment business. A customer chooses a bath from a Carron display, matching taps from a Crosswater sample, and wall tiles in a specific shade from the Porcelain Superstore. Each product comes from a different supplier, at a different discount rate, with a different lead time.
Then the specification changes. The customer decides they want the larger bath. The tile shade they originally chose is now out of stock — and the shade lot available is 1B, not 1A, which does not match the floor tiles already ordered. The fitter is booked for three weeks’ time.
A generic CRM does not track shade lots. A generic inventory system does not understand multi-brand supplier pricing. A generic scheduling tool does not link the installation date to the supplier order arrival date. And a generic phone system cannot answer a customer calling to ask whether their tiles have arrived yet — and actually check before answering.
IBIOS was built to handle all of this. Not as a workaround or a customisation — but because it was designed from day one for this specific type of business.
What IBIOS handles that generic tools do not
✕Shade-lot mismatches on tile orders
✓Batch and shade-lot tracking on every tile line, with mismatch flagging on goods receipt.
✕Different discount rates per supplier per brand
✓Multi-brand, multi-supplier pricing — your Carron rate from each supplier held separately.
✕Calls about job status when you are with a customer
✓Coming soon: an AI Receptionist that checks the live job record and answers — no interruption, no missed information.
✕Quote documents retyped by hand from supplier PDFs
✓AI document processing: IBIOS reads the PDF into quote lines in about 60 seconds, then matches them to your own products. Review flagged items, then send the customer quote.
✕Supplier orders not linked to the customer job
✓Every supplier order is raised from the job record — arrival date, acknowledgement number, and invoice all logged in one place.
✕Chasing payment by phone and bank transfer
✓Pay-by-link sent by email, pasted into your own message, or embedded in the quote PDF as a QR code. Payment reconciled automatically.
Where IBIOS came from
Isabella Bathrooms is a bathroom showroom at 10 Ballyclare Road, Doagh, Co. Antrim. The showroom has been running for years. The problem was not that the business was not working — it was that the administrative overhead of running it was growing alongside the business.
Calls were being missed. Quotes were taking too long. Supplier orders were tracked on spreadsheets. Payment chasing was done by phone. Stock was counted periodically, not continuously. Shade-lot discrepancies were caught late — sometimes after the customer had already had the tiles fitted.
We tried existing software. Nothing handled the combination of requirements specific to bathroom retail. So we built IBIOS as the internal system for Isabella Bathrooms. It went live. Quotes are built from supplier PDFs instead of retyped. Supplier orders are linked to customer jobs.
Having built it for one showroom, we realised the same problems exist across the entire UK bathroom retail sector. IBIOS is now available to any bathroom showroom in the UK, with the same features that run inside Isabella Bathrooms every day.
What does bathroom showroom software need to do?
Every feature below was designed around the actual workflow of a bathroom showroom — not adapted from a generic retail or construction tool.
Shade-lot tile tracking
Record shade lots on every tile order. Flag mismatches between what was ordered and what arrived. Prevent shade-lot disputes before they happen.
Multi-brand pricing
Configure your discount rate per brand per supplier. IBIOS applies the correct rate automatically when you build a quote. Carron, Scudo, Casabano, Trojan, and more — set up per supplier.
Import your own catalogue
Import your own catalogue with specifications, SKUs, and trade pricing — baths, shower trays, enclosures, and accessories from any supplier. Your catalogue stays private to your company.
Coming soon: AI Receptionist for bathroom enquiries
Coming soon: answers calls about bathroom ranges, appointment availability, and job status. Checks live stock before answering product availability questions.
Installation job scheduling
Link the installation date to the supplier order. Set arrival-before-installation flags. Coming soon: an alert if a supplier order is running late relative to the fitting date.
Quote Studio — supplier PDF to customer quote
Upload a supplier quote PDF. AI reads it into quote lines in about 60 seconds, then matches them against your imported catalogue automatically.

What do bathroom showroom owners ask about IBIOS?
How does IBIOS handle shade-lot tracking for bathroom tiles?
Every tile order in IBIOS carries a batch number and shade-lot reference. When a new delivery arrives, you log the shade lot against the goods receipt. IBIOS can compare the incoming shade lot against the one on the customer's original order and flag any mismatch before the goods leave your warehouse. This prevents the costly situation of a customer receiving tiles from different shade lots that do not match.
Can IBIOS manage pricing from multiple bathroom suppliers?
Yes. IBIOS supports multi-brand, multi-supplier pricing. You can configure a different discount percentage per brand per supplier — so your Carron pricing from Supplier A and your Carron pricing from Supplier B are held separately. When you build a quote, IBIOS applies the correct supplier discount automatically. Lead times and stock availability are also tracked per supplier.
Does IBIOS work for bathroom showrooms that also do installation?
Yes. IBIOS links customer records, quotes, supplier orders, and installation scheduling in a single job record. You can record the survey date, installation date, fitter, and any access notes against the job. Supplier orders can be timed to arrive before the installation date. Coming soon: the AI Receptionist will be able to answer calls about specific jobs and check the job status before responding.
Does IBIOS come with a product catalogue?
Catalogues are private to each company, so you import your own. IBIOS has a catalogue import for baths, shower trays, enclosures, tiles, taps, and any other product from any supplier, and you can create your own brands.
