Create a supplier order directly from the job record. Track the acknowledgement number, expected arrival date, and invoice against the job — all in one place.
Shade-lot inventory tracking
Log incoming tile deliveries with batch and shade-lot references. IBIOS compares the incoming shade lot against the original order and flags any mismatch before goods leave the warehouse.
Pay by link from the job record
Generate a payment link from the job record and send it to the customer by email, or copy it into your own message. Payment is reconciled automatically against the job when it clears.

Questions about the demo
How long is a demo?
It depends on what you want to see. We cover the capabilities most relevant to your trade type and leave time for questions. If you want a longer session, let us know in the booking form and we will plan for it.
Can multiple people from my team join the demo?
Yes. You are welcome to bring as many colleagues as you like. Just let us know in the message field when you book so we can cover the right topics for each role — owner, admin, sales, and installer views are all different.
Is the demo specific to my trade type?
Yes. We ask for your trade type when you book and we prepare the session accordingly. A bathroom showroom demo focuses on shade-lot tracking, multi-brand pricing, and quote turnaround. A plumber’s demo focuses on job management, call reports, and pay by link. We do not run a single generic walkthrough for everyone.
What do I need to prepare for a demo?
Nothing is required. If you have a supplier PDF quote or a sample job you would like us to run through the system live, bring it and we can use your actual data rather than demo data. It makes the session more useful but it is entirely optional.
Can I get a recorded demo instead?
We do not currently offer a pre-recorded walkthrough. Every demo is run live by someone from the team who can answer your questions in real time. If a live session does not work for you right now, you can join the waiting list for early access or browse the product pages to read about specific capabilities.
