Daily Intelligence

Your business overnight, delivered every morning.

IBIOS generates a daily AI-written briefing email with everything that happened while you were away — hot leads, overdue action items, churn risk trends, and yesterday’s call sentiment breakdown.

AI-generated from your live IBIOS data. Ready before you arrive. Different every day.

What happens in your business while you are not watching?

An urgent enquiry came in at 6pm yesterday. A payment link that was sent eight days ago is still unpaid. A customer called twice last week and both times the transcript shows frustration. A high-intent caller from Monday has not been followed up.

None of this was invisible — all of it was in IBIOS. But without something to surface it to you, it sits there until it becomes a missed opportunity or a cancelled job.

The morning briefing is IBIOS watching your business overnight and reporting back: a short read with the decisions you need to make before the day gets going.

Four sections, generated fresh each morning

Each section is generated from the previous day’s live data. If a section has nothing to report, it says so rather than inventing content.

01

Hot Leads

Callers from the previous day ranked by purchase intent score. Name, contact number, what they enquired about, and the AI’s reason for flagging them. Call the top of the list first.

02

Action Items

Quotes waiting for follow-up past their day threshold. Payment links unpaid past their threshold. Callbacks logged by the AI receptionist (coming soon) overnight. Pre-call briefs for every appointment scheduled that day — so your team knows the customer context before the call starts, not during it. Each item links directly to the record in IBIOS.

03

Churn Risk

Customers whose rolling sentiment trend has moved negative. Names, sentiment trajectory, and the AI’s suggested next action. Early warning before a frustrated customer becomes a cancelled job.

04

Sentiment Breakdown

Yesterday’s call sentiment at a glance. Proportion of positive, neutral, frustrated, anxious, and urgent calls. Trend versus the recent average to show whether things are improving.

What changes when you start every day with a briefing?

Start every day knowing exactly what to do first

The morning briefing replaces the morning check-in meeting, the email trawl, and the pipeline review. Before the day starts you know your highest-priority actions.

Nothing falls through overnight

Enquiries that came in after hours, payment links that went unpaid, and (once the AI receptionist launches, coming soon) callbacks it logged in the evening are all surfaced before you arrive.

Churn risk visible before it is too late

A customer trending frustrated over the last week is in the briefing today. You can call them proactively. That conversation is far easier than a cancellation call tomorrow.

Written by AI, not filled from a template

The briefing reads like a summary written by someone who understands your business. The AI generates it fresh each morning from real data — not mail-merged fields in a spreadsheet export.

Questions about the AI morning briefing

What is in the morning briefing?

The IBIOS morning briefing contains four sections. Hot leads: callers who scored high purchase intent the previous day, ranked by urgency. Action items: quotes requiring follow-up, payment links unpaid past threshold, and callbacks logged by the AI receptionist (coming soon). Churn risk: customers whose recent sentiment trend has moved negative. Sentiment breakdown: a summary of call sentiment across all calls from the previous day, showing the proportion of positive, neutral, frustrated, and urgent interactions.

How is the morning briefing generated?

A scheduled task runs early each morning. It queries IBIOS for the previous day’s call intelligence data, quote activity, payment status, and sentiment scores. This data is passed to the AI with a prompt that instructs it to write the briefing in a clear, business-focused format. The output is an HTML email that is sent to the configured recipient addresses before the working day starts.

Can I customise what appears in the briefing?

Yes. In tenant settings, you can configure which sections appear in your briefing, the minimum purchase intent score required to appear as a hot lead, the sentiment threshold for churn risk inclusion, and the maximum number of items per section. You can also choose which email addresses receive the briefing and whether it is sent on weekends or only on weekdays.

Is the briefing different every day?

Yes. The briefing is generated fresh each morning from the previous day’s data. If there were no frustrated calls yesterday, the churn risk section will say so rather than filling space with irrelevant content. If there were several high-intent callers and only one action item, the briefing reflects that. The AI writes the briefing from the actual data — it does not use a template with placeholders.

Does the briefing include all customers or just recent contacts?

The hot leads and action items sections focus on activity from the previous day. The churn risk section looks at the rolling sentiment trend, so it can surface customers who have not called recently but whose last interactions were negative. The morning briefing is designed to give you the most actionable information for today — not a full account review.

Can I share the briefing with my team?

Yes. Multiple email addresses can receive the morning briefing. You can configure different recipient lists for different sections — for example, sending the full briefing to the business owner and a filtered hot-leads-only version to the sales team. The briefing is formatted as standard HTML email, compatible with any email client.

What AI model generates the morning briefing?

The morning briefing is generated by a high-capability large language model, selected for fast, high-quality generation. The model is instructed to write clearly, concisely, and in the context of your business. An automatic fallback model is configured in case the primary is unavailable.
